Daniel began his career at Deutsche Bank Wealth Management in 2011 and became a Relationship Manager responsible for a range of clients and families in 2019. He joined Bellecapital as an Associate Director in June 2021. Daniel holds Certificates in Advanced Financial Planning and Private Client Investment Advice & Management from the CISI.
Mike Chadney is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He has 30 years’ experience of financial institutions. Having worked for larger investment banks initially in Finance and Regulatory control roles, he has spent the last 12 years working with smaller boutique firms taking on responsibility for middle and back office functions with particular focus on governance and risk identification and control. Mike joins Bellecapital UK as the Chief Operating Officer for the London office.
Lois has recently graduated from The University of Edinburgh with 1st class honours in Economics. Prior to joining Bellecapital in 2023, Lois gained experience in accounting and finance roles at Legal & General and Scottish Power. As an associate at Bellecapital, Lois will assist with client relationship management whilst studying for her CISI financial qualifications.
Mark Eberle built up the Investment Banking division of Barclays in Switzerland and served as CEO of Barclays Capital Switzerland, for 9 years. His previous employers were Salomon Brothers, Credit Suisse and ABN Amro for which he worked in New York, Hong Kong and London. As founding member of Bellecapital, Mark Eberle is responsible for Marketing and, together with Beat Bass, the Strategic Positioning of the company.
Corin started his career at Deloitte in international tax before joining Coutts & Co initially working on tax structuring before joining the front office as a private banker. Corin moved to Deutsche Bank in 2012 where he ran the High net Worth team working with some of the UK’s wealthiest families. Corin has been with Bellecapital since September 2020 heading up the UK business as Managing Partner and CEO.
Alexander Goulden has over 25 years’ experience in Financial Services and Private Wealth Management. He began his career with Barclays Private Bank as part of the portfolio management and private client execution team progressing to Relationship Manager and Trustee roles. Alex has subsequently held institutional trading, relationship management, and managerial positions at several of the large Canadian banking houses including Branch Manager and Managing Director at RBC Dominion Securities (Global) Limited. In addition, he has served as a professional non-executive director to a wide range of alternative investment funds during his career. He has completed both the Canadian Securities Course and Series 3 examinations. At Bellecapital UK, Alex is country head of the firm’s Cayman Islands office and is responsible for client acquisition, Investment planning, and relationship management for Bellecapital UK’s Cayman Islands based clients.
David Haythe, the former head of Private Wealth Management Europe at Morgan Stanley in London, serves as board member of Bellecapital Holding. He has more than 40-years of industry experience in which he held various executive roles within Morgan Stanley and helped to build the company’s wealth management team in EMEA focussing on a similar client base to those of Bellecapital.
Steven Holmes has over 20 years’ experience in providing investment and trade support for Retail, Institutional and Professional clients. He has worked closely with Henry Simpson and Jason Sharp at Prudential Bache, Fortis, BNP and Investec covering all aspects of client support. At Bellecapital, Steve is responsible for operations and reconciliation.
Sophie Hutcherson is Bellecapital’s UK independent Board member and former CEO of Deutsche Bank UK Ltd. During 30+ years in banking she held executive roles for Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, Liberum and Lehman Brothers and the UK regulator; gaining extensive international experience in risk management, business and organisational transformation and regulation. Sophie is a qualified accountant, executive coach, and Freeman of the City of London.
Nicolas Patsalos has over 10 years’ experience in Private Wealth Management. He began his career at HSBC on the wealth management side before focusing on Alternative Investments advising both private and institutional clients on hedge funds, private equity and real estate products. In 2011 he joined Deutsche Bank as a Private Banker where he specialised in advising entrepreneurs and business owners with their wealth needs covering investment advice, wealth planning/structuring and lending. At Bellecapital UK, Nicolas is responsible for private client acquisition, investment advice including discretionary managed portfolios, and relationship management.
With more than 8 years of experience in private wealth management, Waleed commenced his career at Habib Bank AG Zurich in Switzerland, overseeing clients from South Asia, Dubai, and the UK. Waleed Shah joined Bellecapital UK as an Executive Director in December 2023. In his new role, Waleed will concentrate on private client acquisition and providing investment advice.
Jason Sharp has over 25 years’ experience in global advisory services, executing derivatives and FX products on behalf of Institutional and Professional clients. He has held senior roles at Prudential Bache, Fortis, BNP and Investec. At Bellecapital, along with the team, Jason will provide cross-asset advisory and execution services across exchange listed and OTC markets.
Henry Simpson has more than 25 years’ experience in private wealth management. He has worked across advisory and execution functions for Prudential Bache, Fortis Bank, BNP Paribas and Investec. Serving in market facing roles throughout, Henry has acquired a deep understanding of markets across equities, fixed income, commodities and FX. At Bellecapital UK, along with the team, Henry is responsible for portfolio management, advisory and execution services across exchange listed and OTC markets.
Elizabeth is a seasoned professional with over 20 years’ Compliance experience in UK and pan-European regulation. Prior to joining Bellecapital UK, Elizabeth worked at PineBridge Investments for over 7 years where she most recently held the position of Head of Compliance - EMEA. Prior to this she worked for Ashmore Investments, Close Asset Management and started her career with Merrill Lynch’s International Private Client Group in London. At Bellecapital UK, Elizabeth is Head of Compliance, responsible for ensuring that the firm maintains effective systems and controls of oversight arrangements with all regulatory requirements.
Sarah joined Bellecapital in February 2022, as Head of UK Portfolio Management, with over 25 years’ experience in institutional equity portfolio management and expertise in stocks and global markets. Sarah started her career at JP Morgan Asset Management and continued at BP Investment Management where she was Head of Equities and a member of the senior leadership team. Based in London, and part of Bellecapital’s investment and portfolio construction team in Zurich, Sarah is responsible for the UK client portfolio management, and contributes to the global stock portfolio. She is also a Non-Executive Director for a JP Morgan Investment Trust. Sarah graduated from Cambridge University with a Master’s degree in Management Studies and from King’s College London University with a first-class Bachelor’s degree. She is a CFA® charterholder and holds the CFA® Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.
Elsa Wigglesworth graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Warwick in 2023. In 2024, Elsa joined Bellecapital UK as an associate, where she assists with the management of client relationships while working towards her CISI qualifications.
